Elopements are full of excitement for the couple, and any select guests that are invited. Elopements can include just the bride and groom, or it can include the couple and a handful of special guests. Although elopements boomed in popularity in 2020, we have secretly loved photographing them for years! Nicole and Jeremy’s wedding was no exception.
When we received Nicole and Jeremy’s inquiry for their holiday elopement in Castle McCulloch, we knew it was going to be amazing. First off, we love the soft winter lighting that winter weddings offer. Secondly, we love when couples plan such a romantic, intimate, and intentional day.
We met Nicole and Jeremy on a cool, crisp, and clear December day. Nicole, a fun and extroverted bride, looked beautiful in a sweetheart gown with a black satin sash. Her florals had hints of reds, whites, and greens. Nicole’s fun-loving groom, Jeremy, wore a four-piece black suit with a snow-white tie. With their select guest list in attendance, they were married inside The Great Hall. We whisked the two of them out of the castle for portraits on the bridge, which was decorated with garland and lanterns which gave us a magical backdrop to shoot near. It was the perfect winter wonderland we were hoping for!
Congratulations Nicole and Jeremy!
Let us capture your love story!
