Engagement sessions have been in full swing, even with the pandemic - it’s easy to do them safely, with proper social distancing and masks. So even though the big events have been put on hold for the time being, these intimate sessions are growing into a fun and safe way to continue the wedding planning and find enjoyment in this stage of things.
Whitley and Michael are getting married next spring, but wanted to do their engagement session before things get busier in the fall, so we headed over to the gorgeous Southern C’s Farm in Summerfield, NC to capture some lovely sunset images. I love photographing at Southern C’s Farm because there is lots of variety, and you’re literally surrounded by scenic views and gorgeous skies everywhere on the property. It was great to spend some time with Whitley and Michael in this quiet and calm setting so they could have a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera. It’s one of the reasons I recommend pre wedding casual sessions (it’s so much easier to relax without the timeline of wedding day and the extra emotions and stress that come with it).
Here are some of my favorite’s from their session:
Let us capture your love story!
We'd love to chat with you about your plans for your wedding day, so let's get coffee (or tea... and possibly cookies...) and discuss the big day!
