Rand & Akram are both super laid-back and creative individuals who found one another during the global pandemic. They first met on Halloween of 2020 when our groom, Akram, visited Rand in Boston. Over the next two months, they would spend countless days together while introducing one another to their families over Zoom. A few days after Christmas 2020, Rand and Akram were married. However, it wasn’t until July 2021 that these two were able to be physically surrounded by their loved ones at their wedding celebration in Stokesdale.
We returned to the whimsical Bella Collina for their Independence Day weekend wedding. The day started off overcast, but soon the clouds broke out and we were left with gorgeous dramatic skies. It was the perfect backdrop for Rand and Akram’s wedding day. Our bride, Rand, wore a long-sleeved lace gown that set the tone of elegance for the day. Akram beamed as she was escorted down the aisle. After family and friends were able to witness the vows, it was time to party - and these two made sure there was an ample amount of dancing and jubilee at their reception. It was non-stop energy all night long! When the music ended, it was time for guests to send the couple off. With the well wishes of their family and friends, Akram and Rand sailed away on Bella Collina’s boat into the night. We suggest getting married at this venue for the boat getaway alone! It never fails to bring romance and enchantment to sending off the bride and groom.
Congratulations Rand and Akram!
