May 18, 2019 was a gorgeous, sunny day for a wedding. Salisbury was busy that day with an influx of visitors for the Cheerwine Festival, but my focus was on the upcoming wedding! Chris and Stephanie were married at the First United Methodist Church in Salisbury, NC, and I can't say enough how beautiful the church is, everything from the banners to the pipe organ made a beautiful backdrop for their intimate wedding. Surrounded by family and close friends, Stephanie and Chris exchanged vows, rings, and a kiss signifying the start of their newest adventure - as husband and wife.

Stephanie and Chris have known each other for a long time, initially meeting on their High School swim team.Their love and commitment was plain to see, and it was a joy to watch them together share their first hours as newlyweds. Following the wedding ceremony, family and friends gathered at the clubhouse at The Springs in Denton, NC to enjoy an evening of food, fellowship, and good conversation.
